SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms governing SMS communications from iWAT LLC.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from iWAT, LLC ("iWAT," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your engagement with iWAT. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though frequency will depend on your service needs and any active support requests. Recurring messages may be sent for ongoing service notifications.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from iWAT at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. iWAT is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving SMS messages.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier availability may change. iWAT is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

iWAT reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
